The Equality March Association in Lublin has been bringing together queer and allied people from the Lublin area since 2019. Our main goal is equality education and integration of the local LGBTQ+ community. Our most important initiative is the organization of the Lublin Equality March, which had its third edition in 2021. We also created the awareness campaign „Rainbow Mythbusters,” through which we reached smaller towns that are „LGBT-free zones” to educate about non-heteronormative and non-sexual people. We are also the creative people behind the Labyrinth Cellar initiative, which is a friendly, safe and inclusive space in Lublin where everyone can be themselves. We try to work on different levels, so our initiatives include support groups, workshops as well as ranking LGBT+ friendly schools.
